What will I receive after my order?

INSTRUCTIONS: The Metro Device Unlock is applied fully remotely without an Unlock Code involved.

 

As soon as you receive our confirmation that the unlock has been applied, please follow the steps below:

 

1. Make sure you have an active data connection either via mobile network or WiFi.

 

2. Newer devices (2019+): Go to "Network Unlock" in your device settings. Older devices (until 2019): Use the Metro Device Unlock app pre-installed on your device.

 

3. Select Permanent Unlock and wait while the device completes the unlock. Restart the device.
