What will I receive after my order?

INSTRUCTIONS: The T-Mobile Device Unlock is applied fully remotely without an Unlock Code involved.

 

As soon as you receive our confirmation that the unlock has been applied, please follow the steps below:

 

1. Make sure you have an active data connection either via mobile network or WiFi.

 

2. Newer devices (2019+): Go to "Network Unlock" in your device settings. Older devices (until 2019): Use the T-Mobile Device Unlock app pre-installed on your device.

 

3. Select Permanent Unlock and wait while the device completes the unlock. Restart the device.
